All visit applications must be submitted at least 3 days before the intended date of visit. Applications submitted less than 3 days in advance may be cancelled without prior notice, as the museum receives a high volume of student groups and prior coordination is essential.

Example: If your planned visit is on 20th, your application must be submitted by 17th at the latest.
